Im running out of steam! I'm feeling deflated tired and lost!
Im not getting any where with my running progam and I feel silly cos of it!
I feel silly because I dont feel like Im actually getting anywhere! And it suxs!!
I feel lost because I dont feel like im getting anywhere.
I have used my facebook "friends" help for my March challenge! I posted on 5 pages a like for a kilometer! i now have 250 to do over 31 days! yay!!
I have the week 3 blues I think! week two was good.
I have so far lost weight every week.
I must say I was going well until I did lunges on Monday! They hurt hurt hurt!
I'm hurting hurting hurting!
I'm .4 away from 10kg.
My aim for this week til weigh in exercise 6 days! 10kms per training sesh at least!
eat clean as! 600 cals each sess with one of 1000 cals! I am going to smash it!
